Palo Alto Networks warns investors about below-market mini-tender offer for its shares by Tutanota.

Palo Alto Networks has received an unsolicited mini-tender offer from Tutanota LLC to buy up to 250,000 shares at $450 each, about 0.03% of its outstanding stock. The offer price is conditional on the stock closing above $450 before the offer expires, meaning shareholders who accept may receive less than market value. Palo Alto Networks does not endorse the offer and warns investors to be cautious, noting that such offers often lack full SEC protections and can delay payment. Investors are advised to consult their brokers and review SEC guidance before responding to the offer, which expires November 2, 2026, unless extended.

Palo Alto Networks shares are trading at USD 382.00 on Pluang, below the mini-tender offer price of $450. The stock shows a modest 1-day gain of +0.38% with a market cap of $311.47B. As of Oct 30, 2026 19:11 WIB, Pluang order activity leans towards selling at 69%.
