Nova Leap completes $3.5M acquisition of Parkwood Home Care in Nova Scotia to boost growth.

Nova Leap Health Corp.'s Canadian subsidiary, Earth Angels Home Care, has finalized the $3.5 million acquisition of Parkwood Home Care Limited in Nova Scotia. Parkwood reported about CAD 3.8 million in revenue and CAD 785,000 adjusted EBITDA for 2025. The deal was funded through a combination of cash and a promissory note, supported by a new five-year acquisition debt facility. This acquisition strengthens Nova Leap's presence in Nova Scotia, its fastest-growing market, and supports its strategy to scale and expand home and community care services in the region.
