North Peak Resources Ltd. has agreed to purchase and cancel 1,000,000 of its common shares from Solarljos, LLC at C$0.80 per share, totaling C$800,000. This transaction, pending TSX Venture Exchange approval, reflects the company's confidence in the value of its Prospect Mountain Mine Complex assets. The shares are held by the Erickson family, who have a history with the property and are also known for their humanitarian work in Africa. Proceeds from the sale will support these humanitarian efforts. After the transaction, Solarljos will retain about 14.3% ownership in North Peak Resources.
