NIP Group buys more Bitcoin miners aiming for 195 BTC monthly, paying in shares, eyes AI pivot if profitable.

NIP Group, owner of esports team Ninjas in Pyjamas, acquired a third batch of Bitcoin mining machines paid with over 247 million shares, targeting about 195 BTC per month. The company prefers buying mining capacity when the market cools to avoid high competition. This latest purchase brings total mining power to 13.85 EH/s, with machines already operational at third-party sites. While increasing Bitcoin output, the share issuance dilutes existing shareholders, but NIP Group retains cash and avoids debt. CEO Hicham Chahine also mentioned a possible shift to AI computing if it proves more profitable than mining, leveraging their data center infrastructure.

NIP Group's recent Bitcoin mining expansion is presented here with Pluang's market data as of Oct 27, 2026 18:21 WIB. Among 50 major cryptocurrencies tradable on Pluang, 24 rose and 25 fell today.
