Nanalysis Scientific Corp. has appointed Jonathan Ladd, Werner Maas, and Steve Feick to its Board of Directors as of May 1, 2026. These new members bring extensive experience in technology, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), and investment, which will support the company's plans to scale its core NMR platform and expand its services division. Meanwhile, two current board members, Martin Burian and Jennifer Stubbs, are stepping down. This leadership change aims to strengthen Nanalysis's position in portable NMR spectrometers and related services, including a significant contract maintaining security scanners at Canadian airports.
