MoonPay has introduced MoonAgents Card, a virtual Mastercard debit card enabling users and AI agents to spend stablecoins directly from their onchain wallets with real-time crypto to fiat conversion. This card is designed specifically for AI agents to transact programmatically without needing to pre-load funds offchain, expanding the use of AI in digital commerce. The card links self-custodial wallets to Mastercard via Monavate's regulated infrastructure, allowing seamless spending at any online merchant accepting Mastercard. Currently available in the UK and LATAM, MoonPay plans to expand availability to the US and EU soon, requiring identity verification for issuance.
