Larry Ellison cancels plan to sell $7.5B in Oracle shares, holding over 40% of the company.

Larry Ellison, Oracle's founder, has canceled his plan to sell up to 50 million shares worth $7.5 billion. The plan was disclosed in a recent regulatory filing but no shares were sold under it. Ellison still controls more than 40% of Oracle, which he founded in 1977.
