AudioCodes reported a 2.9% increase in Q1 2026 revenue to $62.1 million, with a 4.3% rise in services revenue. The company highlighted strong growth in its Conversational AI business, which grew over 50% year-over-year, and increased Annual Recurring Revenue to $80 million. Despite a net income decline to $2.0 million from $4.0 million the previous year, non-GAAP net income remained strong at $3.8 million.
