Marvell raises FY2028 revenue target to $18B, boosting combined FY2027-28 forecast to $30B.

Marvell Technology has increased its fiscal year 2028 revenue target to $18 billion, raising the combined revenue expectations for FY2027 and FY2028 from about $20 billion to $30 billion. This growth is driven mainly by connectivity, switching, and storage segments, reducing reliance on custom silicon programs. The company has secured over 20 design wins for XPUs and expects custom ASIC revenue to reach $10–$11 billion by FY2029. Trading at a forward EV/EBITDA of 42.5x with a target of around 40% operating margins, Marvell is positioned competitively below peers like AMD and Astera Labs.
