As of October 27, a significant portion of Kenvue notes had already been tendered. The new Kimberly-Clark notes are being offered only to qualified institutional buyers and non-U.S. persons under specific exemptions. The settlement is expected shortly after the new expiration date, pending regulatory and other approvals.
