Inseego plans to acquire Nokia's Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) CPE business, a deal expected to close in Q4 2026. This acquisition could nearly double Inseego's revenue and expand its market presence beyond the U.S. into Europe, India, and Asia. The deal also gives Inseego access to Nokia’s consumer broadband portfolio, enabling entry into the consumer broadband segment alongside its enterprise and mobile offerings. Nokia will take an 11% stake in Inseego, maintaining strategic alignment while focusing on higher-margin infrastructure and software businesses.
