Institutions deposit millions of HYPE tokens to exchanges, signaling potential selling pressure.

Multicoin Capital and Bitwise have recently deposited large amounts of Hyperliquid (HYPE) tokens into CoinbasePrime, suggesting potential selling activity by institutions. Multicoin Capital deposited over 333,000 HYPE worth $26.73 million, while Bitwise's ETF wallet deposited about 84,000 HYPE worth $6.71 million. Despite these deposits, some tokens are being burned by the Hyperliquid protocol, reducing supply and supporting token value. However, bearish indicators and continued institutional selling pressure could push HYPE prices down to around $76, with a break above $80 needed to reverse the trend.

Hyperliquid (HYPE) currently has a market cap of Rp351.51 trillion and a 24-hour trading volume of Rp13.27 trillion on Pluang as of Sep 15, 2026 17:22 WIB. Despite institutional deposits suggesting potential selling pressure, the token's price on Pluang is Rp1,403,091 with a modest 1-day decline of 0.47%. Pluang data also shows a 39% sell and 61% buy order activity, with typical hold time around 37 days, indicating mixed investor sentiment.
