Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), which owns the New York Stock Exchange, intends to launch a regulated retail market for Hyperliquid-based perpetual contracts in the US through a partnership with Trade[XYZ]. ICE will operate this market exclusively and build a dedicated retail venue and clearing system on Hyperliquid. The market targets retail traders who must pass identity and anti-money laundering checks, with trading done via US futures commission merchants. Regulatory approval, including for leveraged trading, is still required, and no launch date has been announced yet. This new retail platform will complement ICE's existing institutional futures and clearing services.
