The company’s subsidiaries, Sentinum and Ault Capital Group (ACG), collectively hold this Bitcoin. Hyperscale Data plans to divest ACG in the second quarter of 2027, after which it will focus on operating data centers and holding digital assets. Until then, ACG continues to manage diverse businesses including AI software, defense, industrial services, and lending.
