GPM Metals shifts to semi-annual financial reporting under new TSX Venture Exchange pilot program.

GPM Metals Inc. will adopt semi-annual financial reporting as part of a TSX Venture Exchange pilot program allowing eligible venture issuers to report twice a year instead of quarterly. The company will stop filing interim reports for March and September periods starting 2026 but will continue annual audited reports and six-month interim reports. This change aims to reduce reporting burdens while maintaining timely disclosure of material information. GPM Metals meets the program criteria, including revenue limits and disclosure compliance, and will announce if it exits the program.
