
Gorilla Technology Group has acquired land in Korat, Thailand, to build a 200MW AI data center campus aimed at meeting growing AI compute demand in Southeast Asia. The campus will support up to 150MW IT load with high-density GPU deployments and is expected to generate about $1.5 billion in annual revenue by 2028. Construction is planned to start in July 2026, with the first phase targeted for completion by Q1 2027. This project will create over 1,000 skilled jobs and serve governments, enterprises, and AI developers in the region, marking a significant expansion of AI infrastructure in Southeast Asia.
