FTI Consulting appoints Anand Raghuraman as Senior Managing Director to boost retail transformation services.

FTI Consulting has appointed Anand Raghuraman as Senior Managing Director in its Corporate Finance segment to enhance its Business Transformation practice. With over 25 years of experience in retail and consumer products, Raghuraman will support private equity firms and their portfolio companies in improving operations and driving long-term transformations. Based in Amsterdam, he will also work on pre-deal diligence, post-deal optimization, and serve as interim Chief Transformation Officer. This move strengthens FTI's capabilities in retail and consumer sectors, especially in the Benelux region and across Europe.
