Franklin Templeton registers two Bitcoin dividend reinvestment ETFs for Nasdaq trading.

Franklin Templeton has registered two Bitcoin dividend reinvestment ETFs (DRIP ETFs) for trading on Nasdaq under the proposed tickers FBEQ and FIBT. These ETFs will allocate 95% to US stocks and 5% to Bitcoin investments initially, using stock dividends to gradually increase Bitcoin exposure, capped at 20%. The funds will charge a 0.09% annual fee and track indexes focused on large-cap and innovation-driven US companies. This move expands Franklin Templeton's crypto offerings, allowing investors to gain Bitcoin exposure through traditional equity dividends without holding Bitcoin directly. No launch date has been announced yet.
