Ferrari has repurchased a total of 571,660 common shares, spending over €168 million, as part of the second tranche of its multi-year share buyback program announced in April 2026. This program aims to buy back approximately €3.5 billion worth of shares by 2030. Since the start of the program in January 2026, Ferrari has bought 1,457,105 shares for about €429 million. The company currently holds nearly 9.3% of its shares in treasury, excluding shares assigned under its equity incentive plan. The cancellation of treasury shares approved in April 2026 has not yet been executed, so it is not reflected in these figures.
