Feral X Systems Inc., formerly 1246777 B.C. Ltd., announced its name change as part of a strategic rebranding aligned with its defense technology business plan. The company closed two financing rounds: a founder-led seed round raising $2,200 through 22 million shares and a private placement raising $18,500 through 1.85 million shares. These financings include redemption rights if future transactions do not complete within 12 months. FeralX also signed a non-binding letter of intent with principals from Next Dynamics Inc. and Black Creek Labs Inc. for proposed asset acquisitions and further financings, aiming for a TSX Venture Exchange listing.
