Libtayo shows increased survival benefit in high-risk skin cancer after nearly 4 years follow-up

Regeneron's Libtayo (cemiplimab) demonstrates a growing overall survival benefit for high-risk cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (CSCC) patients after nearly four years of follow-up in the Phase 3 C-POST trial. The data reveal a 37% reduction in death risk compared to placebo, despite 88% of placebo patients crossing over to Libtayo after recurrence. Libtayo also improves disease-free survival regardless of minimal residual disease status at baseline, supporting its use as an adjuvant treatment post-surgery and radiation. These findings, presented at ESMO 2026, reinforce Libtayo's role as a transformative standard of care for high-risk CSCC.
