CSL and Alentis Therapeutics have formed an exclusive global partnership to co-develop and co-promote lixudebart, a novel therapy targeting claudin-1 for kidney and liver diseases. CSL will pay Alentis $355 million upfront and up to $1.2 billion in milestones, sharing global profits 55% to CSL and 45% to Alentis.
