Costco has reintroduced its Kirkland Signature Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips after a two-year absence caused by rising cocoa costs. The chips were removed in July 2024 and replaced by a Nestlé Toll House alternative, which many customers disliked. The Kirkland chips are now available again in stores and online, priced between $11.99 and $14 for a 4.5-pound bag, still cheaper than the Nestlé version at $16.99. Costco has not announced if it will continue selling both products or phase out the Nestlé option.
