Corteva to spin off seed segment as independent public company Vylor, shares distributed to current stockholders.

Corteva's Board approved the separation of its seed segment into a new independent company named Vylor. Corteva stockholders as of September 24, 2026, will receive one share of Vylor for each Corteva share they hold, with trading of Vylor shares starting on October 1, 2026. The spin-off aims to create two focused, publicly traded companies, allowing each to pursue tailored strategies and growth opportunities. Corteva will host an Investor Day on September 15 to discuss the separation and future plans for both companies.
