This reformulation aims to overcome limitations of the current tablet form, which struggles with reliable drug delivery at higher doses. Early clinical data showed promising results, with an 80% clinical benefit rate in twice-daily dosing patients. The company plans to begin dosing patients with the softgel version this month and expand trials to include up to 30 patients by late 2026, targeting ovarian and prostate cancers. Full data from these expansion cohorts is expected in the second half of 2026.
