The TWAP feeds come in 30-second and 60-second variants and are accessible via Chainlink Data Streams. Polymarket, a prediction market platform, is the first major user, planning to switch its market settlements to TWAP-based pricing starting August 7. This upgrade helps prevent price manipulation by averaging prices over time, making it more expensive and difficult to distort market outcomes. Polymarket is also incentivizing liquidity with $1 million throughout August to encourage adoption.
