ICE explores U.S.-regulated on-chain perpetuals market, linking crypto data with traditional oil futures.

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) CEO Jeff Sprecher highlighted the use of Pyth Network's crypto data during a discussion on oil perpetual contracts in ICE's Q3 earnings call. ICE is collaborating with Trade[XYZ] and Hyperliquid to create a U.S.-regulated on-chain perpetuals market, pending regulatory approval. This new market will operate separately from ICE's existing futures business and aims to complement traditional futures with perpetual contracts, which have no expiration date. The initiative reflects ICE's effort to integrate blockchain technology and crypto data into conventional financial markets.

ICE CEO Jeff Sprecher's discussion on Pyth data in oil perpetuals comes as a backdrop to Pluang's crypto market snapshot. As of Oct 30, 2026 23:02 WIB, only 4 of 50 major cryptocurrencies rose while 45 fell. Notable moves include BAL at Rp16.297 with a +11.14% change and THETA at Rp2.857 with a -11.14% change.
