Cardano's Midnight privacy side-chain integrates with Ethereum without asset migration.

Cardano's Midnight privacy-focused side-chain has integrated with Ethereum through a partnership with Sig Network, allowing Ethereum apps to use Midnight's privacy features without migrating assets or code. This setup enables apps to keep assets on Ethereum while using Midnight for private logic and user records, reducing migration hurdles and fees. Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson praised this move for enhancing interoperability and privacy. The integration could boost adoption as privacy coins gain traction, with Midnight offering optional privacy appealing to corporations.

As of Oct 30, 2026 04:02 WIB, Cardano's ADA is trading at Rp3.476 with a 1-day decline of 7.23% on Pluang, while Ethereum's ETH stands at Rp41.284.224, down 3.76%. Midnight (NIGHT), the new privacy-focused side-chain, is priced at Rp668 and has seen a sharper 1-day drop of 10.68%, with a market cap of Rp11,44T. This price movement occurs alongside notable Pluang order activity, where 85% of NIGHT trades are sells, reflecting cautious sentiment around the token despite its innovative integration with Ethereum.
