Canary Capital shifts Staked INJ ETF listing to Nasdaq, awaiting approval to trade Injective tokens.

Canary Capital amended its Staked INJ ETF proposal to list on Nasdaq instead of Cboe BZX, with the ticker INJC. The ETF aims to track the price of Injective (INJ) tokens it holds, with staking as a secondary goal, expecting to stake at least 90% of INJ under normal conditions. The trust is not yet effective and cannot trade shares until approved, with no set trading date. Fees include a 1.10% annual sponsor fee and up to 30% of staking rewards shared among service providers. Injective Foundation plans to buy up to $15 million in shares, paid in INJ tokens. The ETF would not be registered under the Investment Company Act, so it lacks certain investor protections.

Canary's Staked INJ ETF proposal offers context for cryptocurrency market watchers.
