Bowman Consulting Group Ltd., a national engineering and program management firm, has acquired Smith & Associates Land Surveying, a Nevada-based company with over 30 years of experience in land surveying for public and private projects. This acquisition strengthens Bowman's footprint in the growing Southwest market, particularly Las Vegas, and enhances its surveying capabilities with Smith & Associates' expertise and client base. The deal is expected to add about $2 million in annual net service billing and aligns with Bowman's strategy to grow through targeted acquisitions. Smith & Associates will benefit from Bowman's technology and resources to support expanded infrastructure projects.
