Bitget has formed a strategic partnership with WIW3CH, a women-focused Web3 collective, to enhance education, networking, and career support for women through its Blockchain4Her initiative. The collaboration kicks off with a podcast featuring Bitget CEO Gracy Chen and a series of joint educational articles on Web3 technologies and career paths. Since 2024, Blockchain4Her has supported 11 women-led startups and hosted events like “Pitch n’ Slay” to promote female entrepreneurship in Web3. This partnership aims to provide systematic resources and opportunities, helping narrow the gender gap in the crypto industry globally.
