Bitcoin options traders turn bullish after a year, signaling cautious optimism around $78,000-$100,000 BTC range.

After twelve months of cautious trading, Bitcoin options traders have shifted to a bullish stance, with call options now representing 61.39% of open interest. This change began around August 20, as traders pay more for calls betting on a price rise than for puts protecting against a drop. Bitcoin futures open interest reached $52.64 billion, with major positions concentrated between $78,000 and $100,000, indicating measured optimism rather than expectation of a quick surge to previous highs. While this signals renewed confidence, the market remains cautious with max pain levels near $71,000-$75,000 for upcoming expirations, suggesting traders favor moderate gains over rapid price jumps.

Bitcoin is trading at Rp1.366.160.416 on Pluang, showing a slight decline of 0.33% in the last day. As of Sep 15, 2026 14:21 WIB, the market cap stands at Rp27.507,89T with a balanced order activity of 52% sell and 48% buy, reflecting steady investor engagement amid cautious optimism.
