Beta Bionics faces securities fraud lawsuit after stock drops 37% over misleading claims on iLet device safety.

Beta Bionics is being sued in a class action for allegedly misleading investors about the safety and success of its iLet insulin delivery device, causing its stock to fall over 37%. The lawsuit claims the company failed to disclose thousands of unreported complaints about life-threatening hypoglycemia linked to the device, which the FDA highlighted in warnings. The stock dropped sharply after the company missed key patient growth targets and following FDA warnings. Investors have until November 3, 2026, to join the lawsuit, which is pending in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

Beta Bionics class action lawsuit deadline is November 3, 2026.
