Autodesk is investing $350 million in training and tools to help workers learn how to use artificial intelligence effectively. The move responds to findings from the company's AI jobs report, which revealed that while 82% of people are comfortable using AI in daily life, only about one-third feel comfortable using it at work. Many workers fear AI might malfunction or replace human roles. Autodesk aims to address these concerns by educating people to build skills and shift mindsets about AI's role in the workplace.
