Amex Exploration Inc. announced a private placement to raise up to C$43.5 million by issuing 9.66 million common shares at C$4.50 each, with an option to sell additional shares for up to C$6.5 million. The funds will support capital expenditures for bulk sampling at the Perron Gold Project, aiming to start ore processing in 2027. Eldorado Gold Corporation is expected to participate, and the offering is scheduled to close around May 21, 2026.
