Amex lets cash back cardholders deposit rewards into High Yield Savings Account at 3.20% APY.

American Express now allows eligible cash back cardholders to redeem their Reward Dollars as deposits into an American Express High Yield Savings Account, earning a competitive 3.20% annual percentage yield (APY). This new feature makes it easy to grow cash back rewards by saving them with interest, rather than just using them for statement credits. The High Yield Savings Account requires no minimum balance to earn the APY and has no monthly fees, making it accessible for all users. While the added interest won't drastically increase rewards, it encourages saving and will soon support automatic redemptions for 2027.

American Express (AXP) shares are trading at USD 319.50 on Pluang as of Oct 30, 2026 21:21 WIB, down 1.29% for the day. This price is closer to its 52-week low of USD 292.27 than the high of USD 384.82, suggesting some recent softness despite the company's new cash back savings feature. Investors on Pluang hold AXP for an average of 124 days, with a strong buy sentiment at 93% against 7% sell orders.
