This feature, pending approval by over 80% of validators for two weeks, will simplify app development by enabling dependent on-ledger actions without complex infrastructure. Currently, about 68% of validators support the amendment, and if the threshold is met continuously, it could go live by the end of September. However, activation is not guaranteed if support dips below the required level.
