Allied Gaming & Entertainment announced plans to rebrand as AI & FutureTech Alliance Limited (AIFA) and shift focus from gaming to AI infrastructure. The company is developing the AIFA Silicon Photonics AI Supercomputing Center in Hainan Free Trade Port, leveraging advanced silicon photonics and optical computing technologies. This center aims to provide high-performance AI compute leasing, advanced storage, AI token services, and cross-border compute orchestration. Allied Gaming also plans up to $300 million in convertible bond financing to fund construction and expansion, positioning itself as a global AI infrastructure leader.
