Adagene starts Phase 1 trial combining muzastotug and Incyte's INCA33890 for colorectal cancer.

Adagene Inc. has begun dosing the first patient in a Phase 1 clinical trial testing the combination of its drug muzastotug and Incyte’s INCA33890 in patients with microsatellite stable colorectal cancer (MSS CRC) who have progressed after prior treatments. The study aims to evaluate if this combination can enhance and sustain anti-tumor responses, especially in patients with liver metastases, by targeting immune pathways that suppress T-cell function. This trial builds on previous positive results with muzastotug and pembrolizumab and reflects Adagene's ongoing efforts to develop safer, more effective antibody therapies for cancer. The study is sponsored by Incyte, with Adagene supplying muzastotug, and will assess safety and efficacy in this difficult-to-treat cancer population.

Incyte Corporation, involved in the new clinical trial with Adagene, is trading at USD 115.50 on Pluang, down 0.94% in the last day. The stock's market cap stands at $23.63 billion as of Oct 28, 2026 18:11 WIB.
