Active Energy Group has shifted from solely biomass fuel to a diversified renewable energy and digital infrastructure company focused on the UAE. It developed a pipeline of up to 15.5 MVA across four sites, with an 8 MVA facility at Liwa pre-selling 60% capacity, projecting $3.5-$3.8 million annual revenue at 50% gross margin. The Ghummud site began commercial hosting in May 2026, marking the start of revenue generation. The company also signed a 25-year power deal with Cambridge City Football Club and built a 30 MW UK solar pipeline, while deprioritizing its CoalSwitch fuel technology. Despite no revenue in 2025 and a £1.46 million loss, cash reserves were bolstered by a £1.14 million placing, positioning the firm for growth in digital energy infrastructure.
