1606 Corp has signed an agreement to acquire a majority controlling interest in Sim Agro Inc., a global power-plant operations company. This acquisition supports 1606's strategy to develop captive power and data center infrastructure tailored for AI and high-performance computing. The deal includes restructuring existing liens and integrating Sim Agro as the primary operator of 1606's power assets, including a 132-acre Texas property.
