This acquisition supports 1606's strategy to develop captive power and data center infrastructure tailored for AI and high-performance computing. The deal includes restructuring existing liens and integrating Sim Agro as the primary operator of 1606's power assets, including a 132-acre Texas property. This move aims to create a vertically integrated platform for captive power generation and data center infrastructure, enhancing 1606's position in the growing AI and data center markets.
