🔍 Description:
You have logged in to your Pluang account on a new device. However, when attempting to verify the new device, your liveness check failed after 3 attempts.
✅ Possible Causes:
- Cause 1: The selfie was taken in a room with insufficient lighting.
- Cause 2: You are not the owner of the device used for verification.
- Cause 3: There may be a temporary system error.
