Receiving the “Maximum Liveness Check Limit Reached” Notification

🔍 Description:
You have logged in to your Pluang account on a new device. However, when attempting to verify the new device, your liveness check failed after 3 attempts.

Possible Causes:

  • Cause 1: The selfie was taken in a room with insufficient lighting.
  • Cause 2: You are not the owner of the device used for verification.
  • Cause 3: There may be a temporary system error.

🛠️ Solution Steps:

  1. Make sure your Pluang app is updated to the latest version from the Play Store or App Store.
