In providing access to US Stock products, Pluang is facilitated by PT PG Berjangka in its role as a Financial Derivatives Intermediary, which is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for financial derivative products with Securities as the underlying asset. All transactions are recorded on the Jakarta Futures Exchange (JFX) and the Indonesian Derivatives Clearing House (KBI). Additionally, PT PG Berjangka is a Futures Broker licensed and supervised by the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (Bappebti).

When you trade US Stocks on Pluang, we trade the underlying US Stock assets on your behalf. Your transactions will be recorded at PT Bursa Berjangka Jakarta (JFX) and PT Kliring Berjangka Indonesia (KBI). However, you will not receive voting rights for the shares you own.
