If after 1x24 hours since the QRIS top up is successful but the balance has not yet increased, please contact Pluang Care at tanya@pluang.com by attaching the following data:

• Registered mobile number:
• A screenshot of the details of a successful top-up transaction via QRIS, including the reference number, transaction date and time, and amount, can be viewed on your E-Wallet/M-Banking transaction history page.
