How to use OTC FX in Pluang?

1. Contact Pluang Care or Priority Service Line to get more information about OTC FX. Our agents will assist you with your transaction needs.

2. Pluang agents will complete the transaction via phone and/or WhatsApp (will be recorded for verification purposes), to offer a competitive price for the amount of IDR you wish to convert. This price offer will be locked for 30 minutes.

3. Once the price has been agreed upon, you have 30 minutes to complete the transfer of funds to the Pluang bank account (BCA or CIMB Niaga), then attach proof of transfer.

4. You will also need to complete and sign one of the digital forms, depending on which bank account your funds are being transferred to:

   1. BCA deposit form

   2. CIMB Niaga deposit form

5. Your USD will be credited to your Pluang balance after receipt of funds and the form is signed and confirmed.
