What is NAV or NAB/UP?

The price in mutual funds is called NAV (Net Asset Value) or NAB/UP (Net Asset Value per Participation Unit). This value will change based on the movement of the mutual fund value in the investment market. In general, NAB will be calculated by adding up the total net assets (Assets Under Management) which are then divided by the total number of units in circulation.
