Can I Cancel the Sale or Purchase of Mutual Funds That I Have Made?

Sorry, mutual fund purchase or sale transactions that have been made through the Pluang application cannot be cancelled.

Transactions made will be immediately verified by the Pluang team and then processed by the custodian bank.

If there is an input error for the nominal transaction for purchasing mutual funds, the following conditions will apply:

• For example, you make a mutual fund transaction before the cut-off time of IDR 100,000 but the proof of transfer that you uploaded is different, which is IDR 50,000. Then you make a mutual fund transaction again after the cut-off time with a nominal of IDR 50,000 and upload the previous proof of transfer, then your transaction will automatically be read as failed and you must submit a refund via email: tanya@pluang.com

• If you make a mutual fund transaction after the cut-off time, for example on Friday for IDR 100,000 but the proof of transfer that you uploaded is of a different nominal amount, namely IDR 50,000, then you can make another mutual fund transaction with a nominal amount of IDR 50,000 and upload the same proof of transfer as before no later than the following Monday (before the next trading day).
