Can I cancel my gold installments?

Before deciding to cancel the installment, we suggest that you consider it carefully considering that there is a penalty fee of 10% of the total gold being paid in installments and the down payment that has been paid will also be forfeited.

If you are sure you want to cancel your installments. Please follow these steps:

1. Go to the gold asset page, then select your gold balance icon.

2. Select the “Installment” icon to enter the Gold Installment menu.

3. You can click on the gold installment you want to cancel.

4. When you have clicked on the gold installment, an installment notification will appear. If you are sure, you can immediately click "Cancel Installment".

5. After you click "Cancel Installment" then you will get a confirmation pop up to make sure whether you are sure to cancel the gold installment? The confirmation pop up will also contain information about the cancellation fee which consists of:

   1. Down payment,

   2. Admin Fee,

   3. Cancellation Penalties, and

   4. Late Fee

   5. Then there is a note that the down payment and admin fee when making installments are non-refundable. If you agree, you can click "YES" to continue canceling the installments.

6. . The remaining money that you have paid so far will go into your IDR Balance after being deducted by all installment cancellation fines.

7. If you do not receive a refund, it means that the amount of the down payment + installment cancellation fine imposed is greater than the amount of installments you have paid so far.

Notes:

When you click on the detailed information in "Cancellation Fee" the statement "This cancellation fee is the total sum of the cancellation fine, late payment fine (if any), down payment and admin fee when making installments" will appear.

When you click on the detailed information in "Refunded Funds" the statement "Refunded funds are the total amount of funds you have paid minus the cancellation fee" will appear.
