Can I Cancel a Staking Request After Submitting It?

Yes — but only before the next day's 9AM WIB batch processes your request. While your status still shows Staking Requested, you can cancel from the staking screen. Once the batch runs and status moves to Bonding In-Progress, cancellation is no longer possible. After bonding completes, you must submit an unstaking request to exit staking.

What happens after you submit a staking request:

  1. Status: Staking Requested — awaiting daily batch processing.
  2. At 9AM WIB: status moves to Bonding In-Progress (cancellation no longer possible).
  3. After bonding: Staking Active — rewards begin accruing.

If you missed the cancellation window: Your coins are locked until the bonding period completes. After reaching Staking Active, you can submit an unstaking request (subject to the unbonding period).
