Why can't I use the crypto transfer feature?

If you have just changed your data (email or phone number), then you need to wait for 24 hours to do crypto transfer. This is implemented to ensure the security of your Pluang account.

If you have just changed/reset the PIN, you also need to wait for 24 hours after your new PIN has been reset. And if you have just reset the Authenticator, you need to wait for 48 hours after your Authenticator has been reset before you can send crypto, both to fellow Pluang accounts and to other platforms.
